Our home is 3 BR/2B beach cottage that is a block from the beach. We have private beach access because we own property on the island. There are two accesses. Walk two blocks and you are touching your toes in the sand of Holden Beach. The beach is never crowded, even during holidays. Our home is 4/10th of a mile from all the main restaurants, a basketball court, and public park facilities.

the house has been painted recently inside and out The space under the house can be used for parking or outdoor activities. There is plenty of parking in front of the house and underneath. There is also a new outdoor shower under the house for our guests to use.
all the bedrooms have new queen size beds The living room and all bedrooms have Roku TVs, with wireless internet. There are three porches, two on the back on one on the front all with water views. Come sit on the porch and feel the breezes..
